Something To Prove

This summer we were invited to play JP Porchfest with our friends, local punk band Bad Idea USA. After Ben saw them live at Deep Cuts, he was inspired to add some pop-punk energy for the upcoming Porchfest set. Looking through our back catalog, he found the perfect song to transform: “Sourdough”. From a slow, soulful ballad to a loud, angsty rocker, the new “Sourdough (Rock Edition)” is one of our punchiest songs yet. And Ben got to fulfill a sick fantasy of his from back in 2020 – pouring sourdough starter all over himself (“for the art”).
